Lindlee Smith's, Plains & Pine, 2nd favorite quilt design after the classic Lone Star is a Broken Star, where there are diamonds surrounding the center star in a ring. She thinks of the North Country Star design as a partial Broken Star quilt since it just has the additional diamonds at the 4 corners of the quilt rather than encircling the entire center star. This quilt can be made either as a Multi-Color version, Two-Color Version, or Scrappy and has ZERO y-seams.

Kit contains everything needed to complete the quilt top for a throw size 50"x65" - backing, binding and pattern not included.
