It always felt a little daunting to make (or even write!), so she wanted to create something fun, colorful, and way more approachable. The striped curves and bold shapes give it a fresh, modern vibe while still nodding to the classic design. The name “Moonbeam” is actually a nickname for her baby girl pup, Nora. It just felt right to name this happy, glowing quilt after her! If you’re a confident beginner ready to try something new, Moonbeam might be just the ticket.
