Neon Neppy fabric collection is a woven fabric designed by Robert Kaufman Fabrics. When a fabric is neppy, or has nep, it usually just means that the fabric has been woven in a way that some of the cotton fibers extend and protrude from the main surface. Neon Neppy from Robert Kaufman has neon fibers that protrude from the fabric for a subtle bit of bright color.
