Beggar's Night | Sandy Gervais

Beggar's Night fabric collection is designed by Sandy Gervais for Riley Blake Designs. Sandy said this about her collection: " My mom was a lover of Halloween. My dad made a giant witch in a moon. They hung the witch high in the walnut tree in their front yard. There was a spotlight on her and you could see her for miles. Mom and her sidekick Pearl (in their 60's and 70's) always went trick-or-treating...mostly tricking! The witch in the moon in the panel is a tracing of dad's witch. And one has to wonder...is that a little girl dressed up as an old lady or is it an old lady trick-or-treating? And the ghost? Could that be my mom's sidekick Pearl? When we cleaned out my parent's house, I inherited the witch, and I now hang her in my yard. My sister suggested I do a fabric line using Dad's witch. Done!"
